14 November 2023 – The Department of Education (DepEd) extends its gratitude to the Commission on Elections (COMELEC) for the timely release of the honoraria for our teachers and personnel who served in the recently-concluded Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan Elections (BSKE) 2023.

Based on the report submitted by Comelec, 100% of our personnel have received their election honoraria.

Likewise, we also thank the Public Attorney’s Office (PAO), the Philippine National Police (PNP), the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP), and other relevant agencies for rendering technical, legal, and security assistance to our schools and personnel.

DepEd is one with the nation in hoping for a stronger and resilient Philippines with the help of our newly-elected Barangay and SK officials.
